• We produce reports for pension funds, private individuals and companies, and can tailor our reports to suit exact requirements.

Rent Reviews

• We undertake Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals and are experienced in all matters relating to Landlord & Tenant.
• We advise on rent reviews and lease renewals for numerous clients, both Landlords and Tenants, and because of our comprehensive experience of selling and letting properties, we have an up to date database of the latest market transactions.
• Should settlement by negotiation not be possible, we have experience of Arbitration and Independent Expert, meaning we can achieve the best possible result for our clients.

Dilapidations & Schedules of condition

• We can prepare Schedules of Condition which protect Tenants and limit their repairing obligations at the end of the lease.
• We have extensive experience in dealing with dilapidations claims on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. We can defend a claim against a Tenant to minimise the liability, and also prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations claim on behalf of a Landlord to ensure the property is returned in good repair and condition.

Planning

A comprehensive planning service is available, including evaluation, planning applications and appeals. We have successfully dealt with a number of planning appeals on various projects, including single residential building plots, large scale housing developments and also commercial properties.
